Chili Pie Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. corn chips, divided
1 large onion, chopped
1 c. grated cheese, divided
1 (19 oz.) can chili
Preparation

Spread 2 cups corn chips in baking dish.
Arrange chopped onion and 1/2 cup cheese on top of corn chips.
Pour chili over this.
Top with remaining corn chips and cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Toppings to pass around include diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce and sour cream.
