Honey Glazed Acorn Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 small acorn squash
    3 to 6 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1/3 c. honey
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    Cut squash in half; remove seed and fiber.
    Place in shallow baking pan, cut side down.
    Add 1/2-inch of water.
    Bake 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Remove squash from pan; discard water.
    Trim a small slice from bottom of squash so squash will stay level while baking. Combine all remaining ingredients and spoon into squash centers. Bake an additional 15 to 20 minutes or until fork-tender.
