Chopped Chicken Livers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken livers
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. corn oil (for cooking livers and onion)
    3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    2 tsp. margarine
    paprika
Preparation
    Saute the liver in an iron skillet until well done.
    Add onion and cook until transparent.
    Add salt and pepper and chopped egg, then margarine.
    Let cool.
    Put all through a grinder or chop in a glass chopper.
    Mix well and put in a nice bowl.
    Sprinkle with paprika and a little of the chopped egg.
    Good with any kind of cracker.
