Sand Tart Treasures - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. real butter
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 to 3 1/2 c. flour (to stiffen)
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation
    Cream together eggs, sugar, butter and vanilla in a large mixing bowl.
    Sift together in another large bowl the remaining ingredients.
    Add sifted mixture to creamed mixture in parts. Refrigerate overnight.
    Roll out on floured surface.
    Cut with favorite cookie cutters (or press dough in molds).
    Decorate with colored sugar, sprinkles, etc., before baking, or decorate with icing when cool.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 on greased sheets until golden. Cool on waxed paper.
    Store in covered containers.
    Cookies are very easily broken.
