Mother-In-Law'S Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sweet milk
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
2/3 c. lard (shortening may be used)
1 c. lukewarm water
1 pkg. Fleischmann's active dry yeast
4 c. flour
Preparation

Scald milk; let cool to warm.
Stir in sugar, salt and lard (or shortening).
Dissolve yeast in warm water; add to milk mixture.
Make dough by stirring in flour.
Let rise to double in size.
Punch the dough down and knead it, adding more flour if necessary to keep it from being sticky.
Roll out on a floured surface and cut rolls with a biscuit cutter.
Place on a greased baking sheet or pan and let rise for 1 1/2 hours.
Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for about 15 minutes or until browned.
