Impossible Seafood Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen crab or shrimp, thawed and drained
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut into 1/4-inch cubes
    1/4 c. sliced green onions
    1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimiento, drained
    2 c. milk
    1 c. Bisquick
    4 eggs
    3/4 tsp. salt
    dash of nutmeg
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease pie plate (10 x 1 1/2-inch). Mix seafood, cheese, onions, pimiento and cream cheese; place in bottom of pie plate.
    Beat remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour over crab, etc., which is in bottom of pie plate.
    Bake until knife inserted in middle comes out clean, 30 to 40 minutes.
    Cool 5 minutes before slicing.
    Serves 6 to 8.
