No Peek Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 larger fryer
    1 small can mushroom soup
    1 can (small) cream of celery soup
    1 small can evaporated milk
    1 1/3 c. Minute rice
    salt
    1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Preparation
    Cut up fryer as usual.
    Heat, in saucepan, soups and milk. Add rice to heated soup mixture.
    Pour into a casserole dish. Salt chicken pieces and place on top.
    Sprinkle dry onion soup mix on top of chicken.
    Cover with foil and cook at 300\u00b0 for 2 hours and 15 minutes.
