Pineapple Bavarian Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. orange Jell-O
    1 c. hot water
    1 c. pineapple juice
    1 c. well-drained pineapple
    2 c. sweetened whipped cream (1/2 pt.)
Preparation
    Dissolve the contents of package of orange Jell-O in 1 cup of hot water.
    Add pineapple juice.
    Set in refrigerator and chill until it begins to congeal.
    Beat until light and fluffy.
    (Be sure to keep cool while beating; preferably set bowl in pan of ice.)
    Fold in well-drained crushed pineapple, then fold in 2 cups whipped cream.
    Chill until ready to use.
    (May be served as a dessert on angel food cake.)
