Sweet And Sour Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 c. flour
6 pork chops
1 Tbsp. shortening
1 c. pineapple juice
2 Tbsp. vinegar
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
-
Mix spices together.
Coat chops.
Melt shortening and cook chops over low heat until brown.
Pour in juice and vinegar. Sprinkle with sugar.
Cook over low heat 40 minutes or until chops are tender when cut with a fork.
