Australian Bread(Fat-Free) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. mashed potatoes (not instant or with added ingredients)
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Mix potatoes and sugar until watery.
    Add rest of ingredients; mix well.
    Put into greased and floured loaf pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Let cool 10 minutes, then remove from pan.
