Bean Sprouts With Shredded Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. soybean oil
    3 oz. shredded pork
    6 oz. bean sprouts, washed and drained
    2 oz. scallions, shredded
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Heat wok.
    Add oil; allow oil to heat.
    Add pork; saute for 30 seconds.
    Add bean sprouts and scallions; cook about 1 minute. Add vinegar and dash of salt.
    Serve over rice.
