Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. Crisco oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. chopped dates
1 c. walnuts
4 c. diced, raw apples

Preparation

Mix thoroughly.
Bake in a tube pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Does not need an icing.
