Broccoli-Onion Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cut broccoli
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/8 tsp. minced garlic
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 c. milk
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Cook broccoli according to package directions.
    Drain well; set aside.
    In same saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons butter.
    Stir in flour, salt and pepper.
    Add milk, garlic and onion.
    Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
    Cook and stir 2 minutes more. Add cream cheese;
    stir until melted.
    Stir in broccoli.
