Corn Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. oil
    1 c. drained corn
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Stir in milk.
    Add dry ingredients, oil and corn. Drop by spoonfuls into hot oil and fry (375\u00b0).
    Drain.
    Makes 12 to 15 small fritters.
