Spanakopita(Spinach Pie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. spinach, washed, well drained and chopped (remove stems)
    1/2 lb. butter, melted
    4 eggs
    pinch of parsley
    1 lb. cheese (1/2 Feta, 1/2 low-fat cottage)
    salt (optional)
    minced onion (for flavor)
    1 tsp. dill
    1/2 lb. fillo
    1 stick (1/2 c.) melted butter
Preparation
    Mix first 8 ingredients together. Butter the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Place 4 fillo leaves on top. Sprinkle with butter. Turn fillo at edges toward the rim of the pan. Bake in preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
