Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) pkg. chopped frozen broccoli
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
Preparation

Grease large Pyrex baking dish.
Spread thawed broccoli in bottom of dish.
Mix cheese soup and sour cream.
Spread over broccoli.
Season to taste (salt and pepper).
Crush one tube package of Ritz crackers and scatter on top of casserole.
Pour one stick of melted butter on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
