Mama'S Spice Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. lard
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. raisins, cooked
1 c. raisin juice
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. nuts

Preparation

Cream sugar, lard and egg together.
Add 1 cup raisin juice. Add flour, soda and cinnamon.
Fold in raisins and nuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0
for 45 minutes.
Serve warm with butter.
