Yum-Yum Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail, well drained
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. jello (any flavor)
    1 c. Cool Whip
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. cottage cheese (small curd)
Preparation
    Sprinkle jello over fruit.
    Mix well.
    Add cottage cheese and mix together.
    Add chopped nuts and Cool Whip.
    Mix well.
    Chill 2 hours.
