Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cooked, diced chicken or turkey
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. raw, diced onion
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. butter
1 c. crushed cornflakes
1 small pkg. slivered almonds
Preparation
-
Mix chicken, soup, rice, mayonnaise and onion together; place in casserole dish.
Brown butter, cornflakes and almonds in skillet.
Sprinkle over casserole mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbling hot.
