Fried Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 Granny Smith apples, peeled and sliced
    bacon grease
    butter
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. white sugar
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    In a skillet on medium heat, melt 1 teaspoon bacon grease and 1 teaspoon butter.
    Place apples in skillet and sprinkle with remaining ingredients.
    Cover with lid and cook slowly until tender.
    Remove lid and cook out the water.
