Lo-Cal Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cabbage head, grated
    2 carrots, grated
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/2 c. vinegar
    6 packs Equal sweetener
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix cabbage, carrots, onion, pepper and celery in bowl.
    In another bowl, mix oil, vinegar, Equal, salt and pepper together. Stir well.
    Combine the oil mixture and cabbage mixture.
    Let stand several hours or overnight in refrigerator.
    Makes a large bowl.
    Will keep for 3 days.
