Zesty Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. beef chuck roast
    1/4 c. flour
    salt and pepper
    1 c. tomato juice
    1/4 c. French's mustard
    2 Tbsp. French's Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Coat meat with mixture of flour, salt and pepper.
    Brown in fat in large, heavy pan.
    Combine tomato juice, mustard and Worcestershire sauce; pour over meat.
    Cover and simmer 2 to 3 hours, until tender.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
