Meatball-Mushroom-Broccoli Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced or 1 (4 oz.) can, drained
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 c. beef broth
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. cold water
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. broken spaghetti
    3 c. broccoli, chopped (florets and stems; 1/2 bunch)
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms in butter until golden. Add broth and bring to a boil. Combine beef, water, salt and pepper.
    Shape in walnut size meatballs and drop into simmering broth; simmer 10 minutes. Stir in spaghetti. Cover and cook 10 minutes. Add broccoli. Cover and cook 10 minutes or until tender. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
