Lemon Chicken N Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 c. skim milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    3/4 lb. boneless chicken breast, cut in strips
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli, thawed
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. grated lemon peel (optional)
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    6 oz. yolk-free noodles, cooked and drained
Preparation
    In a small bowl, stir cornstarch, milk, salt and pepper until smooth.
    In a large skillet, melt margarine over medium heat.
    Add onion and chicken; saute 4 minutes.
    Add broccoli; cook 1 minute. Stir in milk mixture.
    Stirring constantly, bring to a boil over medium-high heat and boil 1 minute.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in parsley, lemon peel and lemon juice.
    Spoon over noodles; toss and serve.
