Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sweet potatoes, mashed
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 stick margarine
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. butter flavoring
    1 tsp. sherry flavoring
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and beat with mixer.
    Pour into greased casserole dish.
    Combine 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/4 cup flour. Sift over top of sweet potatoes; melt and drizzle 1/3 stick margarine over sugar and flour mixture.
    Sprinkle with 1 to 2 cups whole pecans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
