One Crust Pie Shell - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
3 Tbsp. milk
Preparation

Sift first 3 ingredients into 9-inch pie pan.
Put oil and milk in a small bowl and beat until white and thick.
Pour over dry ingredients and mix well using hands to work and shape in pan. If used for soft pie, prick with fork.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 425\u00b0 or until done.
