Hungarian Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. beef top round
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    2 large onions, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 (7 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
    3/4 c. beef broth
    3 Tbsp. paprika
    3/4 c. dairy sour cream
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    hot cooked noodles
Preparation
    Partially
    freeze
    beef; thinly slice across grain into bite size strips.
    In wok, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add
    half the beef and stir-fry until browned; remove.
    Repeat with remaining
    beef.
    Stir-fry onions and green pepper until tender. Return
    beef
    to
    wok.
    Stir
    in
    undrained tomatoes, broth, paprika and 1 teaspoon salt.
    Cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes or\tuntil
    meat is tender.\tBlend together sour cream and flour; gradually stir in about 1 cup hot mixture.\tReturn all to
    wok. Cook
    and stir until thickened and bubbly.\tCook and
    stir\t1 minute
    longer.
    Serve
    over
    noodles.
