Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. diced apples
1 c. black walnuts

Preparation

Mix sugar, eggs, oil and vanilla in one bowl.
In a second bowl, mix flour, salt, soda and cinnamon.
Blend the mixtures together.
Fold in apples and black walnuts.
Bake in greased and floured angel cake pan at 320\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
