Pepperoni And Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry Italian dressing mix, prepared
    1 (1 lb.) bunch broccoli
    1/2 lb. mushrooms
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. pepperoni
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 can artichoke hearts
    1/2 pt. cherry tomatoes
    1/2 red onion
    1 c. diced Swiss cheese (optional)
    1/2 c. black olives
Preparation
    Wash and trim broccoli; use flowerets only.
    Slice mushrooms. Drain artichokes.
    Slice onion and separate into rings.
    Slice pepperoni.
    Combine all ingredients.
    Pour dressing over and cover.
    Chill 8 hours or overnight.
    This is a good make ahead salad.
