Country Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. dry yeast
2 c. warm water
1 Tbsp. salt
2 eggs
1/4 c. vegetable oil
6 to 6 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Stir in sugar, salt, eggs and oil.
Add 3 cups of flour.
Beat until smooth.
Mix enough flour to make dough easy to handle.
Turn dough onto lightly floured surface.
Knead until smooth about 8 to 10 minutes.
Place in greased bowl.
Turn greased side up.
Cover and let rise in warm place about 1 hour.
Punch down; cut in half.
Roll each half into 1 x 8 x 9-inch rectangle.
Roll dough from 9-inch side.
Place into two 9 x 5 x 3-inch pans.
Brush with oil.
Let rise until about double (about 1 hour).
Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown.
Test for doneness by tapping top to sound hollow.
Remove from pans.
