Chicken Livers And Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken livers
    1 (10 oz.) box frozen asparagus
    8 oz. mushrooms
    3 onions
    2 green peppers
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    McCormick stock seasoning
    6 oz. white cooking wine
Preparation
    Cut onions and green peppers in eighths.
    Clean livers and season lightly.
    Put livers in frying pan, hot with medium-high heat.
    Cook livers 3 to 5 minutes, while stirring.
    Take livers out and set on side.
    Place all vegetables in pan and put top on pan.
    Steam vegetables and stir occasionally for 3 to 5 minutes (enable asparagus to break apart).
    Put livers back in pan with vegetables, mixing well.
    Put cooking wine in and simmer about 5 minutes.
