Ingredients

2 qt. sliced cucumbers
2 Tbsp. salt
1 large onion, sliced
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. white vinegar
Preparation

Refrigerate cucumbers, salt and onion overnight.
Next morning, drain well.
Add sugar and vinegar; mix well with cucumber and onion.
Allow to stand a few hours, then put in containers and freeze.
Enjoy this winter!
