Chocolate Turtles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. pecan halves
    1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels
    butter or margarine
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate morsels
Preparation
    Place pecan halves in 6 groups of 3 in a ring in a buttered pie plate.
    Top each group with a caramel.
    Microwave on High for 2 to 3 minutes, or until caramels are soft but not melted.
    Turn dish a half turn halfway through cooking.
    Microwave chocolate morsels (in bowl) on High for 2 to 3 minutes or until morsels are melted.
    Stir occasionally.
    Spread about 1/2 teaspoon of chocolate over each caramel.
    Chill 20 to 30 minutes or until set.
    Repeat.
    Yield:
    4 dozen.
