Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. corn syrup (dark)
1 c. pecans
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation

Combine ingredients and pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat and complete baking for about 30 minutes.
Brush with butter while still hot.
