Vietnam Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1/4 to 1/2 lb. any raw meat, cut into thin strips
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 large onion, chopped coarsely
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 c. frozen peas
Preparation
    Heat in large skillet the cooking oil.
    Add meat, garlic, onion, salt, sugar, pepper and soy sauce.
    Stir-fry until meat is tender and hot, about 1 to 2 minutes.
    Add rice and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
    Add frozen peas.
