Pineapple Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. light mayonnaise
1/3 c. crushed pineapple
1 Tbsp. milk
1 Tbsp. of ketchup
1 tsp. sugar or sugar substitute
1 tsp. poppy seeds (optional)
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
8 to 10 c. shredded cabbage
Grated carrots for color
Preparation

Mix first seven ingredients together. Pour over cabbage and carrots. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hrs.
