Dill Seed Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water
dash of sugar
1 c. cottage cheese
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. soda
1 egg
1 Tbsp. dry minced onion
2 tsp. dill seed
2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Dissolve yeast with warm water and dash of sugar.
Add cottage cheese, 2 tablespoons sugar, salt, soda, egg, onion and dill seed. Mix all together, then add flour.
Let rise; punch down.
Put in greased loaf pan and let rise again.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
