Red Cinnamon Cucumbers - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 gal. sliced (in rings or sticks) cucumbers (slice and core for rings)
2 c. lime
8 1/2 gal. water
1 c. vinegar
1 bottle red food coloring
1 Tbsp. alum

Preparation

Add water to cover (4 to 6 quarts).
Drain.
