Flower Garden Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. gelatin
    1/4 c. water
    6 beaten egg yolks
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. lemon juice
    6 stiffly beaten egg whites
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 large angel food cake
Preparation
    Put together the gelatin and water to soak.
    Cook the egg yolks, 3/4 cup sugar and lemon juice until it coats a wooden spoon, then add gelatin mixture.
    Add the egg whites and sugar to the rest.
    Break the angel food cake into pieces.
    Put the cake and sauce in layers into the angel food cake pan; refrigerate overnight.
    Turn upside-down onto a plate to serve.
