60 Minute Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. honey
    1 1/4 c. milk
    2 pkg. or cakes yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    salt if desired
    all-purpose flour (enough to make a soft dough but not sticky)
Preparation
    Put butter, honey and milk in a large saucepan and heat until butter is melted.
    Cool.
    Dissolve yeast in warm water and add to milk mixture.
    Add flour a cup at a time and mix well.
    Cover and let rise 15 minutes.
    Punch down and pat out on floured board to 1/4-inch thickness.
    Cut with biscuit cutter.
    Add a pat of butter and fold over.
    Put in greased cookie sheet or pan.
    Cover and let rise 15 minutes.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
