Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pie shell
    1 c. chopped ham
    1/2 lb. grated Swiss cheese
    3 eggs
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Sprinkle ham and cheese into pie shell.
    Beat eggs lightly and stir in flour, milk and seasoning.
    Pour mixture over ham and cheese.
    Top with melted butter.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 about 35 minutes.
