Hungarian Goulash(Italian Style) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (1 lb.) cans whole tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 lb. ground pork
    1 1/2 lb. mushrooms (optional)
    3 stalks celery
    2 onions
    1 bulb garlic
    1/4 c. red wine
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. sweet basil
    1 can water
Preparation
    Heat olive
    oil
    in
    a large skillet.
    Grate garlic and chop celery
    and
    onions.
    Add this to heated olive oil.
    Cook until brown, then blend tomatoes in blender and put in a large pot.
    Add garlic,
    onions
    and celery.
    Quarter mushrooms and add to sauce,
    also
    add tomato paste.
    Cook ground chuck and pork. Drain
    fat\tand
    add
    to
    sauce.
    Add
    red wine, sugar, oregano and sweet
    basil.
    Bring
    to a boil, then simmer for 3 to 4 hours,
    stirring occasionally.
    When finished, pour over spaghetti or elbow macaroni.
