Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. squash, cooked
    1 small onion
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing mix
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Dice and cook squash, onion, salt and butter until tender. Drain squash; add sour cream and soup.
    Mix 1/2 butter or margarine to squash.
    Spread other 1/2 over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
