Amy'S Cheese & Spinach Pinwheels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1 c. shredded Cheddar
    1/2 c. chopped black olives
    10 oz. drained chopped spinach
    8 oz. chopped water chestnuts
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/2 tsp. minced garlic
    1/2 tsp. Frank's Red Hot
    6 (10 inch) tortillas
Preparation
    Stir together all ingredients except tortillas.
    Spread about 1/2 c. mixture onto each tortilla.
    Roll up tightly, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
    To serve, unwrap and cut each into 10 slices.
    Makes 5 dozen pinwheels.
