Linguini Al Pesto - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. linguini (medium size)
    6 Tbsp. fresh basil, finely chopped
    3 Tbsp. parsley (fresh), finely chopped
    3 cloves garlic, pressed in garlic press
    1/4 lb. butter
    1/4 lb. margarine
    1/2 c. pine nuts (optional)
    fresh ground pepper
    grated cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Saute garlic in butter and margarine until
    lightly golden; add basil and parsley and cook one minute; add pine nuts.
    Cook linguini as directed on package.
    Drain well; serve linguini on large serving dish topped with pesto sauce and fresh ground pepper.
    Grated cheese (Parmesan) may be sprinkled on top.
