Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/3 c. margarine
Preparation
    Pare and cut potatoes in quarters.
    Shake potatoes in a big bag containing flour, cheese, salt and pepper.
    Melt margarine in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan and add potatoes.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 1 hour, turning once.
