Sour Cream Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. water
    3/4 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. shortening
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    4 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease a 13 x 9-inch pan or 2 (9-inch) or 3 (8-inch) pans.
    Measure all ingredients into large mixing bowl. Mix 1 minute on low speed, scraping bowl constantly.
    Beat 3 minutes on high speed.
    Pour in pans.
    Bake oblong 40 to 45 minutes, round pans 30 to 35 minutes.
