Rice And Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rice
    3 pkg. Lipton chicken noodle soup
    9 c. water
    1 1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage
    1 green pepper, chopped
    2 c. chopped celery
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    slivered almonds
Preparation
    Cook first 3 ingredients over high heat for 7 minutes.
    Brown sausage; pour off grease, reserving 2 tablespoons in saucepan. Add green pepper, celery and onion to meat and cook until onion is shiny.
    Add to rice mixture.
    Add mushroom soup to rice and mix well.
    Top with slivered almonds and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
