Meat Balls For Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bread
    1/2 c. water
    2 eggs
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Soak bread in water for 2 or 3 minutes.
    Add eggs; mix well. Mix with ground beef and the rest of the ingredients.
    With wet hands, form mixture into small balls (about 24).
    Brown slowly in 2 tablespoons hot salad oil.
    Drain oil and add to spaghetti sauce.
    Simmer for 1/2 hour loosely covered.
    Serves 8.
