Lemon Tea Bread - cooking recipe

8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. shortening
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 1/4 c. flour
3/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. lemon extract
1/4 c. lemon juice
2/3 c. nuts
Preparation

Mix together and put in loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
